Dushko Vulchev, 44, from Maine, has been accused of attacking the Martin Luther King Junior Community Presbyterian Church. Springfield, Massachusetts, Mainly there is a black congregation.

Prosecutors say location data from Mr. Wurchev’s phone indicated that he was near or at the scene of the crime.

FBI agents have concluded that Mr. Vulchev has arsoned for his hatred of African Americans and his support for white supremacy.
