A Gastonian man was found dead in a car and police said he had arrested two men for first-class murder.
Alan Dale Johnson lived in Lincoln Herald’s 2004 Ford Explorer, discovered by police on Monday morning. report..
Gastonian police said in a news release that Johnson, 37, was found in a vacant lot on East Ozark Avenue 1700 blocks.
According to the release, police arrested Joshua Cave Wily (39) and Luis Christopher Detter (51) from Lincolnton. According to prison records, they were in Gaston County Prison on Wednesday without bail.
Police have not disclosed how the men knew each other and whether the investigators knew the motives for the shooting.
