They always have a parliament building.
Bradley Stuart Bennett and Elizabeth Rose Williams, identified as romantic couples in the FBI’s affidavit on January 6, are newly sealed as joining hundreds of other Donald Trump supporters in a storm of the US Capitol. Not shown in government documents.
According to court records, Bennett was a QAnon believer in a small town in North Carolina. She was a musician, Lifestyle coach and essential oil guru From San Antonio.
With a series of videos and photos posted in real time from that day, the couple strolled through the Capitol and posed in the Senate room. Williams robbed cameras both inside and outside the iconic building.
“Today was a revolutionary message,” Bennett barked in the all-capital Facebook mini-manifest posted that day. “We will not leave. We will find victory.”
For now, both need to find a lawyer.
In late March Multiple publications Williams and Bennett reported being arrested in connection with the Capitol violence. But the headline was wrong.
Once upon a time, Bennett and Williams were clearly intended to merge their lives in San Antonio, court records show. He took a Texas driver’s license test in her car, and a license examiner at the time told the FBI that Williams was also at hand. Several tipsters who sent Bennett’s Capitol photos and videos to the FBI also identified the pair as a couple.
However, Bennett was not in Texas at the time of Williams’ arrest on March 24, for several private reasons. She was later released on public debt.
He surfaced in Charlotte this week, where he surrendered to the FBI. Shortly before noon on Monday, he entered a federal court in Uptown, charged with a series of now-familiar charges that led to efforts by Trump supporters to overturn the presidential election.
“Patriots go to war” is how Bennett described it in a video of the Capitol riots, as shown by the FBI’s affidavit.
Bennett remains in detention in Mecklenburg County Prison on Friday, where he is awaiting transfer to a federal court in Washington to prosecute his proceedings.
He joins about 420 other people facing trials in connection with the siege of the Capitol. At least 12 are from North Carolina.
Wake Forest man also charged
Another North Carolina man, Stephen Ethan Horn, who was charged with violence, surrendered to the FBI on April 9 and first appeared in federal court in Raleigh. He has been charged with three federal crimes.
The photo contained in Horn’s court file shows a helmet-clad Wake Forest man standing on a parliamentary dispute while he appears to be shooting on his phone.
The FBI’s affidavit allegedly stated that Horn did not participate in violence or protests and did not enter the Capitol in search of “cheap thrills.” Rather, Mr. Horn said he participated to “accurately document and record important events.”
Tipsster IDQ Anon Supporter
According to prison records, Bennett lives in Trinity, a town in Randolph County with a population of 6,600, about 75 miles north of Charlotte.
In its affidavit, the FBI states that several Tipsters have identified him as a frank supporter of the unfounded QAnon theory. It claims that former President Trump was fighting the Democratic democratic and cannibalistic pedophile plot.
Bennett told others he was in Washington for a Trump rally for several days until January 6, when Congress was planning to prove Trump’s election defeat to current President Joe Biden. I urged him to join.
According to the affidavit, “Fair Warning: If this election is stolen for Biden, the Patriots will go to war,” Bennett posted on January 6.
By the end of the day, one of the country’s most iconic architectural symbols resembled a war zone. Five people were killed, 140 police officers were injured, and the Houses of Parliament suffered millions of dollars in damages.
