Knox, Guede, and Sollecito were initially accused of murdering Kercher in a sex game.
Guede denied responsibility for the murder in an interview with Corriere della Sera, according to The Times of London.
He said he had a consensual sexual relationship with Kercher, and claimed that Knox and Sollecito stabbed her.
“He who continues to accuse innocent people of his crimes and refuses to admit the truth to his grief-stricken family remains a criminal.”
