Amazon’s Halo wearable products ushered in new members today. This time the factory brought a Halo View bracelet with a screen. Compared with the original Halo, Halo View is priced cheaper at only $80. At the same time, there are new Halo Fitness and Halo Nutrition subscription services that allow users who are willing to pay to unlock more sports and health features. In terms of appearance, Halo View is very reminiscent of Fitbit’s Charge series. On its AMOLED screen, you can display your activity records, real-time exercise data, sleep score, blood oxygen index and other information, and it is natural to synchronize mobile phone notifications.

The device has a built-in optical heart rate sensor, skin temperature sensor and gyroscope. It has a battery life of up to 7 days and can be fully charged in 90 minutes. The body also has swimming-level waterproof function. However, unlike Halo, Halo View does not have a built-in microphone. If you want to use Amazon’s Tone tone analysis function, you must rely on the paired mobile phone to achieve it (just like the mobile phone camera is used for the physical scan).

As for Halo Fitness and Halo Nutrition, both are services included in Halo membership. If you purchase Halo View, you will get a one-year experience period, and if you purchase Halo, you will get six months. Among them, Halo Fitness is obviously for Fitbit Premium and Apple Fitness+. It can provide “hundreds” of professional training guidance, covering cardiopulmonary, strength, yoga and other categories. During exercise, you can also instantly display the physical status information from the bracelet on the large screen where you watch the course.

As the name suggests, Halo Nutrition’s role is to recommend a personalized diet plan based on subscriber needs. After deciding on the recipe, you can directly add the ingredients you need to Alexa’s shopping list. As an Amazon product, this kind of linkage is also expected. According to the official plan, Halo Fitness will be launched in the Halo app later this year, and Halo Nutrition will not open until January 2022.
