Apple announced that it will make a number of changes to the terms of the App Store as a solution to a class action lawsuit filed by US developers. The most prominent change is Apple’s clarification that they allow developers to send emails directly to users regarding “payment methods other than iOS apps.” At the same time, Apple also agreed to publish an annual transparency report on statistics related to the App Store review process.
