Apple updates iOS14.4.2 and WatchOS 7.3.3 to patch the vulnerabilities

Following the earlier iOS 14.4.1 and macoS 11.2.3, Apple once again urgently updated its operating system to fix the vulnerabilities. The iOS and WatchOS devices that are affected this time have been updated to versions 14.4.2 and 7.3.3 respectively.

inUpdate instructions pageIn the article, Apple explained that this vulnerability originated from Webkit. If it encounters a specially crafted malicious website, it may allow cross-site code execution. Since Apple has received at least one instance of this vulnerability being exploited, it is recommended to download the update immediately to protect security. As usual, users of iOS and iPadOS can update in “Settings> General> Software Update”, while for watchOS, go to the Watch app and click “General> Software Update” on the “My Watch” tab.
