I have another question, the mayor. What is being done to prevent minors from getting guns? By the way, these are questions from channel 13.

Sylvester Turner: Now, when it comes to minors, let’s look at adults and parents. First, there are many guns here. I certainly encourage my parents, and they can even be held accountable.

For example, you may incur charges if you do not lock your gun or place it in a safe and secure environment. Therefore, no one wants to be slightly injured or killed because another child has access to the gun and plays with it without knowing that it is loaded. Therefore, it is important that the parent or the person responsible for these children or the owner of the gun really fixes the gun. That is the best.

Second, there are too many guns in our city. To anyone in the city of Houston, assume that people have guns. That is, I’m very reluctant to argue with someone on the street or in the store, or you name it, I think everyone has a gun these days. And if you start with that premise, for example, if you’re driving on the freeway, you need to be very careful not to get caught up in the wrath of the road. It’s no no.

Be careful to get into discussions with them if someone hits you the wrong way. Sometimes you have to let it go because it’s not worth it. However, it is important to make sure that people exercise a lot of personal and parental responsibilities and lock and lock the gun so that children cannot access it.

And, frankly, I remember being nine children who grew up at Acres Home. My parents knew everything in their house. There was nothing like this was my space. That wasn’t the case. My mom and dad knew everything in their house, where it was, and what you brought to it.

There was no way to bring a gun to the Servant family. There was no way. Frankly, there was no way you could bring it. If they brought a watch they didn’t buy, they stopped you at the door and asked where they came from.

Therefore, parents and guardians must take greater responsibility to keep these guns out of the hands of these children, these miners. In other words, we are experiencing the situation now. Let me say that crime is occurring not only in this city, but all over the country. Well, my main responsibility lies with the city of Houston, and it intends to make a collective effort on everyone’s side to defeat it. Take it down. We are currently in phase. It will go down, but we all need to work together to make it happen.

You are also responsible for letting someone know if someone has committed a crime or is about to commit a crime.
