Branson urges Singapore not to execute disabled people


British tycoon Richard Branson is urging Singapore to save the execution of a mentally ill Malaysian. Nagaenthran K. Dharmalingam, convicted of trafficking a small amount of heroin to Singapore, will be hanged on Wednesday after more than 10 years in death row. Branson is a longtime activist against the death penalty, urging Singapore’s President Halimah Yacob to pardon Nagaenslan.
