At least 10 people were slightly injured when the bridge collapsed in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on Friday morning, January 28, officials said. He added that the “massive gas leak” caused by the collapse was suppressed. Images released by Pittsburgh Public Security show several vehicles, including public buses, at Frick Park’s collapsed Forbes Avenue Bridge. Seen from a park path under the bridge, Scene Flick Park was closed to both pedestrians and traffic as authorities responded to the collapse. The collapse happened hours before President Joe Biden was scheduled to visit the city to discuss infrastructure.
