A bystander pointed a gun at a man accused of punching and stepping on his pregnant girlfriend outside a Publix supermarket, ending a “brutal” attack, Florida lawmakers say.
According to the arrest affidavit, the incident occurred in the parking lot of a Largo grocery store around 5:15 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 22.
The woman told Pinellas County lawmakers that her boyfriend, 27-year-old Cole Danisment, got angry and punched him in the face multiple times. rice field.

A representative said a restraining order was issued after Danisment was arrested on charges of domestic assault a week ago, but that did not stop his “pattern of violence” against his girlfriend.
He admitted to attacking the woman, but told his agent he “turned red” and couldn’t remember what happened after he “lost consciousness.”
