Cardinal Mark Ouellet of Quebec is accused of sexual assault in a class action lawsuit against the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Quebec.
In court documents filed today in Superior Court, an unnamed woman accuses a prominent clergyman of kissing her at a 2008 cocktail reception, slipping his hand behind her and touching her buttocks.
