Colbert tears McConnell over the debt threat in an absolutely brutal new comparison

Stephen Colbert Senate minority leader said Mitch McConnell (R-Ky) is “Financial Armageddon“After blocking Efforts to raise the debt cap.

It could cause the United States to default, leading to higher prices, major unemployment and recession, the organizers of the “late show” said.

Colbert abolished the comparison of turtles, which cartoons and critics have turned around for many years, and came up with a new one for McConnell: The Great Goblin from the “The Hobbit” movie:

The Colbert audience ridiculed.

“I don’t know if you’re booing McConnell or Goblins,” Colbert joked. “They are both bad guys.”

Colbert then made another comparison with McConnell. It’s not about his appearance, but about the concept of transpartisan.
