According to an excerpt from the book quoted by the Daily Mail, Trump’s comments elicited a “nervous laugh” from the crowd.

Business leaders that caught the attention of the audience included Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos and CEOs of companies such as JP Morgan, Boeing, and Blackrock.
Several members of Trump’s aides were also present, including Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin and his daughter Ivanka Trump.
