A man in Southern California was accused of shooting four children and his mother-in-law late Sunday, officials said.
A man, Germarcus David, 29, was detained after arriving at the Lancaster Sheriff shortly after a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s agent found four children and a woman in her 50s dead in a nearby home. Was and was questioned, the Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.
