Hurricane Fiona stirs up the Atlantic Ocean off Nantucket

Hurricane Fiona continued north toward Canada on Sept. 23, creating dangerous storm swells and waves along parts of the northeastern U.S. coastline, the National Hurricane Center (NHC) said.
