A Clayton County Jail official said channel 2 action news Five inmates were charged after they were assaulted in prison.

On Wednesday, January 4th, Sheriff Allen learned that an inmate was being assaulted.
Sheriff Allen said within 48 hours, two inmates, Bo Moseley and Derrick Slash, had been identified and charged with aggravated assault, aggravated assault, and possession of prohibited items.
“No gang activity is tolerated at Clayton County Jail,” said Sheriff Allen. “Gangs don’t run anything but water, only when showering.”

On Sunday, the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office said it has charged three additional inmates, Tyquarius Bell, Tyrell Johnson and Aquanis Millets, in connection with the case. Authorities believe the inmate tried to hide his identity while filming the assault on his cell phone.
