Three arrests were made in the incident, according to the sheriff’s office.

The suspect, identified as Armando Cruz, 17, of Cape Coral, was charged with “two counts of attempted murder, two counts of aggravated artillery, shooting a vehicle, firing a firearm in public, and possession of a firearm.” indicted.
