A Florida OnlyFans model is suing her local school district, saying sexually explicit images of her were shared among staff at her child’s school.

Victoria Trice, 31, is seeking damages from Orange County Public Schools for cyber harassment and invasion of privacy, a complaint filed Tuesday said.

According to the complaint, Trice displayed sexually explicit images on his OnlyFans site, but had a “reasonable expectation” that these images would not be shared with “teachers, principals,” or school district officials. .

Trice was “shamed, humiliated, distressed, hurt and aggravated” as a result of the dissemination of the images, the lawsuit says.

Orange County Public Schools did not respond to an Insider’s request for comment. A district spokesperson said: other media We have no comment on the pending lawsuits.

According to the complaint, Trice had been an “active volunteer” at an Orange County school for five years.

In October 2021, she was told by the principal of her children’s Sand Lake Elementary School that she could no longer be near them on school grounds.

“These instructions were from the Orange County Public School Board,” the complaint said, adding that the actions undermined “her right to attend functions with her children” on district property, thereby added that it “has caused losses”.

According to the complaint, Trice seeks damages in excess of $50,000 and requests a jury trial.

This is the second time Triece has filed a lawsuit against the District. Judge Paetra Brownlee dismissed the original lawsuit in March 2022, saying Trice did not demonstrate a “clear legal right to participate” in the volunteer program.

When contacted for comment, Trice referred the insider to his attorney, who did not immediately respond.
