Trump’s lawyer, Jenna Ellis, says the January 6 panel is submitting her because she can’t “date” her because she’s “angry.”
Ellis was summoned by the panel, along with Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell and Boris Epstein.
She is required to complete the document by February 1st and will appear by February 6th to collect the testimony.
