The former White House “disinformation czar” recently registered as a foreign agent for a U.S.-based nonprofit. England.
Registration documents viewed by Fox News Digital show that Nina Jankowicz is currently working at the “Information Resilience Center.”
According to its website, CIR is an “independent, not-for-profit social enterprise dedicated to countering disinformation, exposing human rights abuses, and combating online behavior that is harmful to women and minorities.”
Founded by British citizen Adam Rutland and dual UK-US citizen Ross Burley, the organization conducts research, digital research, strategic communications, capacity building of local partners and engagement with the media to It says it is “expanding the impact” of its activities.

The CIR is funded “partially by grants from the UK government, including Foreign Commonwealth and Development Agencies,” according to registration documents.
According to the document, Jankowitz’s responsibilities include overseeing research, executing business strategy, overseeing the establishment of CIR research, communicating with the media, and briefing individuals and stakeholders on the organization’s research.
Fox News Digital reached out to Jankowicz for comments and additional details regarding her new role.
Earlier this year, Jankowitz was appointed head of the Department of Homeland Security’s Disinformation Governance Committee, a position that was ultimately short-lived.
Critics have been fair to Jankowitz, pointing to her past positions on social media posts, including questioning the legitimacy of the New York Post’s coverage of Hunter Biden’s laptop ahead of the 2020 election. The report was subsequently corroborated by several news outlets.
