Climate change activists are preparing for a global strike, COP26

Both women expressed hope that taking action and demonstrating solidarity could make people feel more positive about the challenges posed by the climate crisis. Only three years after she skipped school on Friday and began protesting alone outside the Swedish Parliament, Toonberg has become a global figure and the world has not tackled decades of known issues. It expresses the anger of her generation for that. The strike on October 22 will be attended by young people from around the world prior to the United Nations Climate Change Conference COP26. Begins October 31st in Glasgow, Scotland. Toonberg says he will probably go to a meeting.
