Madison Corthorn
“People say a gun-equipped Corthorn was found at Charlotte Airport, police say.April 27):
Madison Cawthorn continues to ridicule himself, steal valuable time from newsworthy concerns, and use the security of our hard-working airports to show off his latest whims. He makes excuses like “Oops, I didn’t know that weapons weren’t allowed in carry-on baggage.” When he is informed that he is driving with an expired license, he says, “Oh, right?”It’s time Become real About this guy!

Hypocrite

Campaign advertising
I’m very tired of these nasty campaign ads. The former president, who has been impeached twice, may consider becoming a politician “special.” Candidates may attend Sunday School. I care how they stand on the issues that affect the North Carolinas. I wonder if they were raised to know what was right from what was wrong, to behave like adults, to have good manners, and to be able to work with others.
There are enough idiots in Congress. Campaign reforms and time limits are really needed.

COVID lesson
I just saw Kaiser Family Foundation research Between June 2021 and March 2022, at least 234,000 COVID deaths could be prevented, and 24% of all COVID deaths in the United States could be eliminated by the simple act of vaccination. It is estimated that it was. As a good citizen and a responsible adult, what will be easy to do to protect yourself, your family, and the people around you.
Also, wearing a mask may have helped save many, not because it was necessary, but because it was the responsible behavior of a good citizen.
How can all those who misunderstand, complain, and protest these simple acts sleep at night? It’s a difficult lesson for friends, family, or those who have contributed to their own death.
To be a good citizen in Ukraine, you need to pick up your weapons and go to war. Here, responsible citizens needed vaccinations and masks.

Ukraine
I am angry, sick and deeply saddened that Putin has killed thousands of innocent people in Ukraine. The world waits, observes and mutters about “sanctions”, the deprivation of oligarchs’ money, and the inability to help non-NATO nations. Of course, there is no easy answer. Putin has an evil finger on the nuclear button. Armageddon has arrived for the Ukrainians. For the rest of the world, the genocide in Ukraine is sad and inconvenient, but thank God. It’s not “my backyard.”

Just a fact
Thomas Goldsmith’s “Yes, I woke up” (April 27 Opinion) Straightening the record to the origin and meaning of “awakening”, which has been conveniently misused by the radical right wing as an insult to conscious people, informed of the hypocrisy and duplication that characterizes the right wing agenda.
Perhaps then, this paper can set further records on the concept of “liberal”, and democratic socialism does not mean that the US government will become a Marxist. And while you’re in it, keep checking the facts made by them from both parties running for the office. Only the facts, thank you. As voters, we can make informed decisions about the cultural and social destiny we leave for our children.

Senior teacher
I’m a high school student at Cary High School, but I think I should pay more for veteran teachers. Teachers are generally not fairly paid for their work, especially if the students are really annoyed. A salute to a teacher who chose to be a teacher for his children, despite his lack of salary. We hope that members of the State Board of Education will understand how difficult and stressful it is to become a senior teacher.
