One of the world’s leading cancer experts said the UK blockade policy still affects excess mortality, describing it as a “national scandal.”
Telegraph reported that 9,300 more people were killed than usual due to the non-CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus in the last four months.
England and Wales recorded 20,823 more deaths than the five-year average of the last 18 weeks, according to the latest figures from the National Bureau of Statistics. Only 11,531 people were involved with the CCP virus.
This increase has led experts such as Professor Carl Heneghan, director of the Evidence-Based Medical Center at Oxford University, to demand an urgent investigation.
“We need to quickly understand what’s wrong, investigate the root cause, and determine actions that can prevent further unnecessary death,” he told the publication.
The excess may increase as more deaths are registered in the coming weeks.
Professor Karol Sikora, a consultant oncology scholar and professor of medicine at the University of Buckingham School of Medicine, is a world-leading cancer expert.
“What seems to be happening is the increased mortality rate and lack of access to medical care due to the backlog,” he told The Epoch Times. “It’s a national scandal.”
Sikola has become well-known for claiming that blockade policies have far more effects than viruses.
“There is always an excess of cancer, but it doesn’t happen very quickly,” he said.
Deaths fluctuate in winter and are due to flu and colds as well as COVID due to chest infections. But every day in winter and summer, a thousand people in Britain are said to have cancer for the first time. Sikola has spoken out about cancer patients who are at a great disadvantage due to the blockade policy.
Sikora emphasized the factors that prevent people from accessing the service. The first was the psychological impact of brainwashing, primarily from government advertising campaigns. Protect the NHS. Save lives. He said it stopped the patient from suppressing the progressive symptoms of early-stage cancer.
Other facts include face-to-face promises and lack of diagnosis that all contribute to the delay in cancer diagnosis.
“All three almost certainly lead to an increase in non-COVID in the dead. Some of them, such as cancer delays, heart care, and heart attack surgery, will result in excessive death. That is what we overdo. That’s why we’re looking at a high mortality rate, “he said.
He added that he criticized the NHS’s lack of medical capacity and believes it is likely to worsen.
Statistics also show that the number of deaths in private homes is 40.9 percent above the five-year average.
“More and more people are dying at home, which is strange. This is a secondary effect of COVID, a change in people who do not want to seek medical assistance and a lack of system capacity to deal with them. It’s the next impact, “he concludes.
Health data analyst and blockade critic Ivor Cummins told The Epoch Times in 2020 that he “knew that the blockade / mask policy would backfire.”
“The blockade has proven to be very ineffective from real-world data, and at best can postpone a relatively small number of (mostly elderly / frail) deaths,” Cummings added.
Looking at recent figures, he predicted that over time, the blockade would cause a number of premature deaths that “generally occur in people who are much younger than the average age of COVID-19 victims.”
