Indian court dismissed future plea of ​​declaring Amazon’s illegal arbitration

The ruling continues arbitration between the two, given that Future has suspended the 2019 transaction used by the Indian antitrust agency to claim its rights to the Judges in New Delhi. It was done after claiming that there was no legal basis to do so.

Judge Amit Bansal of the Delhi High Court said on Tuesday that the filings were rejected without revealing details.

Written orders will be released later on Tuesday.
