Joe Scarborough sums up Donald Trump’s state of mind in four candid words


MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough on Wednesday expressed serious skepticism about reports that former President Donald Trump is indeed enjoying the hype surrounding the expected indictments. (See video below.)
