Mexico City — People rushed into the streets on Tuesday night as a building shook in Mexico City and a powerful earthquake struck southwest of the country.
According to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), a magnitude 7.4 earthquake struck 23 miles (37 km) northwest of San Marcos in Guerrero.
