A Hindu man was verbally attacked by another man in an incident of harassment at a Taco Bell in Fremont, California.
On August 21, Krishnan Jayaraman was waiting to pick up his order at the Fremont Taco Bell on Glimmer Boulevard when another customer began verbally attacking him.
In the eight-minute video recorded by Jayaraman, a man can be heard spouting an anti-Hindu speech.

The man also repeatedly called Jayaraman “disgusting” and “mean” and told him not to appear in public. At one point the man also spit on Jayaraman.

Jayaraman was surprised to hear the man pronouncing Hindi and speaking Punjabi at the end of the video. He believes the attackers are also of Indian descent, but is consistent with independence movements in northern India.
