Chris Farley Death Hit Matthew Perry When the actor heard the news, he revealed that he punched a hole in Jennifer Aniston’s dressing room wall on the set of “Friends.”

Perry, 53, shared this anecdote in her memoir, Friends, Lovers and the Big Terrible Thing, due out Nov. 1. His reaction to Farley’s death was instinctive. “I punched a hole in Jennifer Aniston’s locker room wall,” he wrote. Aniston, 53, has co-starred with Perry on “Friends” throughout her 10 seasons of NBC’s hit show.

Not only that, but two weeks after Farley’s death, Perry wrote that they had to promote their film.

“I found myself publicly discussing his death from drugs and alcohol,” Perry wrote. “I was high the whole time.”

“Nobody knew — my family, my friends, nobody,” he added.

Eventually, his castmates and the “Friends” crew caught up. At one point, Aniston approached him and knew he was drinking because they could smell him. “Facing Jennifer Aniston was devastating,” Perry wrote.
