Mehmet Oz makes speech near Hitler’s car, causing outrage on Twitter


Pennsylvania Senate Candidate Dr. Mehmet Oz (R) is giving a speech Thursday night, probably causing an internet ruckus he didn’t expect.

It’s not because of what he said in his speech, but because of where he gave it: in the immediate vicinity car i used to own a Nazi leader Adolf Hitler.

What Oz probably didn’t realize was that the place he spoke of was very close. One of Adolf Hitler’s cars that came with a swastika.

The “Nazimobile” is a Mercedes-Benz G4 touring wagon delivered to Hitler in late 1939 and used in Obersalzberg, Berlin and Poland until it was seized by the French. In Berchtesgaden, according to the museum’s website.

Cars are historical relics, but it’s usually not a good idea for an American political candidate to create a situation where his name appears in the same sentence as Hitler.

Naturally, Twitter users had an idea. lots of thoughts.
