MLB All-Star Liam Hendriks Lips “Stupid” US Gun Policy


Chicago white sox Pitcher Liam Hendriks said he has found the US gun situation “confused” since he moved here from his native Australia.

“When I was here, I had to take a driver’s license test. If I wanted to get a gun, I didn’t have to take the test,” he said. “It’s stupid. Anyone who thinks it’s a great idea is stupid.”

“Something needs to change. Something needs to be done. Something needs to happen,” Hendricks said. “There are ways for too many people to die.”

Hendricks also talked about the victims of mass shootings in families and communities.

Hendricks has spoken openly on many issues, including the Supreme Court’s ruling last month. Overturned the Roe v. Wade case..

“That is, what’s next?” He asked.. “Are they still going to vote for women?”
