Second suspect arrested Kidnapping and Murder of Family of Four in Californiaincluding the 8-month-old, officials announced on Friday.
Alberto Salgado, 41, was arrested on charges of conspiracy and destruction of evidence. He was taken into custody Thursday evening, Merced County Sheriff’s Office said on Facebook.
