A fierce storm hits Starkville, Mississippi
A powerful storm with gusts and heavy rains struck Starkville on Tuesday afternoon, March 22, as parts of northeastern Mississippi and western Alabama survived a tornado warning storm. According to the National Meteorological Bureau, Starkville, which had been warned of heavy thunderstorms, could have hail up to 60 mph and a penny size.
