New Video Released Of OnlyFans Model Courtney Clenny, She’s Boyfriend Accused Of Murder

Miami prosecutors have released a new video of an Only Fun model having a violent altercation with her boyfriend in an elevator.

Courtney Clenny, 26, has been charged with one count of second-degree murder for the April stabbing of her boyfriend Christian “Toby” Obmuselli, according to Miami-Dade County state attorney Kathy. Randall said at a press conference on Thursday.

Randall played the video in Clenny and Obmuseri’s apartment building in February. This appears to be Clenny hitting the elevator before he starts punching and pushing Obmuseri. It is unknown what happened before the couple entered the elevator.

Randall called the couple’s relationship “very intense and combative” and said the manager of the apartment they lived in was ready to evict Clenny and Obmuseri after they had quarreled so loudly so many times. rice field.

According to the arrest affidavit, Clenny kicked Obmuseri out of his apartment in the last week of March, but the couple “rekindled their relationship” two days before his death. wrote that the discussion began shortly after he returned to his apartment.

Investigators say the day of the alleged murder “peacefully began” when the couple were playing with their dog in their apartment. Key fob records show Obmuseri left the apartment at 1:15 p.m. and returned at 4:32 p.m.

However, investigators believe that Clenny stabbed Obmuseri between the time Clenny returned to his apartment and 4:57 p.m., according to his arrest affidavit.

According to the affidavit, shortly after Obmuseri returned to his apartment, neighbors began calling building security to report that there had been a disturbance in the couple’s room. Security guards called her 911 at 4:46 p.m., and Clenny called her 911 11 minutes later, saying Obmuseri had suffered a stab wound and wanted help.

“On the phone,[Obmuseri]can be heard repeating over and over that he is dying and has no feeling in his arms,” the warrant said, adding that Clenny could be heard saying, “I’m sorry baby.” rice field.

According to the affidavit, Clenny called his mother twice after Obmuseri arrived at her apartment at 4:32 p.m. and before calling 911 at 4:57 p.m. Call her at least one.

Clenny told police that Obmuseri pressed her throat against the wall and then grabbed a kitchen knife.

“Then she says he threw her to the ground but allowed her to get up,” Randall said of Clenny’s police interview. It was at that point that I got a knife as I approached. She threw it at him from a distance estimated at about 10 feet.”

Randall said the chief coroner who conducted Obmuseri’s autopsy disagreed that throwing from that distance could cause the injuries found on Obmuseri’s body. Obmuseri’s sting was caused by a “strong downward thrust”.

Investigators wrote in an affidavit that there were no injuries to Clenny’s body, which backed up her account.

Clenny’s attorney, Frank Prieto, said in a statement that his client was acting in self-defense, accusing prosecutors of taking “the easy way out” in prosecuting Clenny.

“No one is denying that Courtney and her abuser had a tumultuous relationship,” Prieto said. You’ll see what it’s like to be a domestic abuse victim who survived the abuser.

Larry Handfield, the attorney representing Obmuseri’s family, said: told NBC News Clenny had a “history of being an aggressor” throughout the couple’s relationship.

“What you saw in the elevator was just a small part of the behavioral pattern exhibited by the defendants in this case,” Handfield said.

Hawaii police said in a statement that the U.S. Marshals Service arrested Clenny on Wednesday at an “undisclosed location” in Laupahoehoe, Big Island. Police said she will be extradited to Florida.
