Miami prosecutors have released a new video of an Only Fun model having a violent altercation with her boyfriend in an elevator.
Courtney Clenny, 26, has been charged with one count of second-degree murder for the April stabbing of her boyfriend Christian “Toby” Obmuselli, according to Miami-Dade County state attorney Kathy. Randall said at a press conference on Thursday.

Investigators say the day of the alleged murder “peacefully began” when the couple were playing with their dog in their apartment. Key fob records show Obmuseri left the apartment at 1:15 p.m. and returned at 4:32 p.m.
However, investigators believe that Clenny stabbed Obmuseri between the time Clenny returned to his apartment and 4:57 p.m., according to his arrest affidavit.
According to the affidavit, shortly after Obmuseri returned to his apartment, neighbors began calling building security to report that there had been a disturbance in the couple’s room. Security guards called her 911 at 4:46 p.m., and Clenny called her 911 11 minutes later, saying Obmuseri had suffered a stab wound and wanted help.
“On the phone,[Obmuseri]can be heard repeating over and over that he is dying and has no feeling in his arms,” the warrant said, adding that Clenny could be heard saying, “I’m sorry baby.” rice field.
According to the affidavit, Clenny called his mother twice after Obmuseri arrived at her apartment at 4:32 p.m. and before calling 911 at 4:57 p.m. Call her at least one.
Clenny told police that Obmuseri pressed her throat against the wall and then grabbed a kitchen knife.

Investigators wrote in an affidavit that there were no injuries to Clenny’s body, which backed up her account.
Clenny’s attorney, Frank Prieto, said in a statement that his client was acting in self-defense, accusing prosecutors of taking “the easy way out” in prosecuting Clenny.
