Olivia Newton-John ‘can’t walk anymore’ and was ‘in full-time care weeks before death,’ says ‘Grease’ co-star Diddy Cong

Olivia Newton-John “was in full-time care” in the weeks leading up to her death, said her longtime friend Diddy Cong.

After being asked how he remembers the Grammy-winning singer, Conn said Newton-John always reaches out to the audience when he sings his hit “I honestly love you.” I remembered that

“I remember her songs,” said the French actor. “Love You” I think that’s how I will always remember her—this big heart who cared so much for everyone.And we honestly will always love her.

In a separate interview with the BBC on Tuesday morningConn said Newton-John sent her an orchard two months ago after the “Physical” singer learned Conn was ill earlier this year.

“Just on Friday, a plant that had lost all its beautiful buds sprouted new shoots, and I thought of Olivia and how lucky I was to be her friend,” Kong said.

Many other “Grease” co-stars have paid tribute to Newton-John after her death was announced Monday.

Stockard Channing, who played Lizzo said in a statement to People: “I don’t know if you know anyone nicer. Olivia was the essence of summer. Her gaiety, warmth and grace are always on my mind when I think of her.”

John Travolta played Newton John’s lover in the movie. shared and wrote a photo of the actor on Instagram: “Dearest Olivia, you have made our lives so much better. Your influence has been incredible. I love you so much. We met you and we will be together again. Yours from the moment I met you, forever!”
