Davydiuk said the Kremlin was trying to punish Kadyrov for his recent criticism of the Russian Defense Ministry and the Russian National Guard, and for trying to fulfill his personal political ambitions.
“Kadyrov was forced to sit in the gallery during the ceremony for the annexation of the temporarily occupied Ukrainian territory, his latest statements and attempts to occupy top ministerial positions such as the head of the Russian National Guard. I punished him for what he did,” Davidiuk said.
