Miami (AP) —A man in Ohio was arrested in Florida over the weekend for groping for two female flight attendants and beating a male flight attendant during a flight from Philadelphia to Miami.

The Miami-Dade Police Department reported that Maxwellbury, 22, from Norwalk, Ohio, was arrested Saturday at Miami International Airport and charged with three misdemeanors.

According to police, Berry drank two drinks during the Frontier Airlines flight and ordered another. Berry hit an empty cup behind the flight attendant, and the flight attendant told her not to touch her, officials said. At some point, Berry spilled a drink on his shirt, went to the bathroom, and came out shirtless, the report said. The flight attendant helped him get another shirt from Carry On.

According to police, Berry grabbed the chests of two female flight attendants after walking around for 15 minutes. According to officials, they called in a male flight attendant to watch over Berry, who hit another man’s face. According to the report, flight attendants and nearby passengers restrained Berry in their seats with tape and seatbelt extenders.

Frontier Airlines has issued a statement that it is working with law enforcement agencies to prosecute passengers. Flight attendants are taking paid leave awaiting investigation.

Berry was free with a $ 1,500 bond. There were no lawyers listed in the online court records.
