Patient reported forced sexual activity by an employee of a Fort Worth hospital

According to Fort Worth police, a 25-year-old patient reported that he had to sexually act on hospital employees on the behavioral medical floor on Monday night.

The woman said she did it out of fear.

As of Tuesday afternoon, no one had been arrested in this case.

Fort Worth police responded to a call for sexual assault at Texas Health Hagley Hospital Fort Worth South (11801 South Freeway) around 6:45 am on Tuesday.

The woman told police that hospital staff forced her to sexually act, but the man was no longer in the hospital when the police arrived.

“This is a public investigation,” a statement released by hospital officials on Tuesday afternoon. “Law enforcement agencies are involved and there are no comments at this time.”

According to police phone records, the woman was scheduled to be tested for sexual assault at another hospital.

Fort Worth police produced a report on the call, but did not provide any other details regarding the case.
