PayPal Holdings Inc. has expanded its service to allow Ukrainian citizens and refugees to send and receive funds from abroad in dollars, Canadian dollars, British pounds and euros from Ukrainian PayPal wallets.
Reuters reports that more than 3 million Ukrainians have fled since Russia launched its invasion on February 24.
Ukrainians can transfer funds from their PayPal account to eligible credit and debit cards.
PayPal has also exempted fees for such transactions until June 30th.
Previously, Ukrainian citizens could only send money from their PayPal account.
