Colerain police said a driver called 911 reported Thursday night walking alone on the corner of Sheed Road and Gaines Road.

Caller Josh Wonderski described the situation as scary and said the child was wet and waving.

“It was a two-lane road, very dark, unlit, very windy, and frozen. He was right next to the road. He was swinging me down. Fortunately, I Was nearby so that he could call the police, “Wanderski told Enquirer Media Partner Fox 19.

At that time, the child wore burgundy and gray sweatpants and black shakir gym shoes.

According to police, the boy’s nose has visible scars that appear to be new.

Investigators believe that children are about 5 to 7 years old and are nonverbal.
