Police say a child found a hidden toilet camera at Broward Martial Arts School

A 64-year-old head instructor was arrested after a girl found a hidden camera in the toilet of a Pembroke Pines martial arts studio, Pembroke Pines police announced on Saturday.

Pines cop also wants to hear from someone who has used the toilet at Master Franco’s Taekwondo Academy, 11090 Pines Boulevard School. Named after Roberto Franko. Franco crouched on Friday and faces three video voyeurs and one tampering with physical evidence.

“Privacy expectations were violated for unsuspecting victims who undressed and remained unidentified,” said Pines police.

On July 29, Pines police said students noticed that the two cameras were “separately placed within the frame of a shelf in the academy’s toilet.”

According to police, she used her camera to shoot those cameras and snapped to Franco with what she saw. Franco destroyed the frame and camera. The girl left the studio and called her father, who called 911.

According to records from an online court in Broward County, Franco’s then-wife filed a temporary restraint order for domestic violence against him two weeks after being arrested for domestic violence on Christmas Day 2013. .. The accusation of the case was withdrawn. Franco filed for divorce in January 2014.

Two days before the hidden camera was allegedly discovered, Franco’s ex-wife filed for a suspension of her father’s right to time-sharing, according to online court records. This was allowed on July 30, the day after the camera was allegedly discovered.
