Teen arrested for murder of a former prison officer during kidnapping
Albuquerque police made a second arrest in a year-old murder involving a group of armed robbers who used Snapchat to seduce at least two victims. Anna Dukes, 18, was arrested by Albuquerque police for the murder of Elias Otero, 24, on February 11, 2021, and the armed robbery and kidnapping of her deceased brother, Nicolas Otero, 20. Announced that it was done. Dukes’ arrest warrant and her boyfriend Adrian Avila, 17, who is allegedly a gunner, have arrest warrants.
