Subaru today revealed the body lines of its first all-electric car “Solterra”, but the details are still hidden in the shadows. Solterra itself is a combination of the Latin Sun (Sol) and Earth (Terra), which represents Subaru’s insistence on environmental protection. The chassis was jointly developed by Subaru and Toyota. Toyota contributed electricity-related technology, while Subaru provided knowledge in all-wheel drive.
