El Dorado Superior Court bans operations on Apple Bistro

The Apple Bistro, right next to Placerville Highway 50, was closed after the El Dorado County Superior Court issued a temporary injunction to ban all operations. The order was issued on Friday and took effect immediately. It stays in place until trials in unscheduled proceedings. The court states that owner Jennette Waldow and her company, International Farmers Kitchen LLC, have been operating restaurants without a health permit since July 2020. The county said the restaurant received $ 22,736 in the COVID-19 Relief Fund in September 2020.
