The kidnapped teenager may be with his boyfriend and mother in Virginia, says a North Carolina agent.


According to North Carolina officials, the kidnapped teenager may be in Virginia with her boyfriend and mother.

Craven County Sheriff’s Office Looking for 15-year-old Olivia Venters, The last time I saw it was Sunday, January 9th.

The news release agent shared details about “a boy kidnapped from Vanceboro, North Carolina,” but did not say whether she was kidnapped from there or where she lived. The town is near the New Bern, about 115 miles southeast of Raleigh.

According to officials, the Venters were last known to be in Virginia with their 15-year-old boyfriend and mother Rebecca Katong.

“Kayton was last seen driving the 2005 Gold Nissan Altima with a North Carolina registration TJH9385,” the Sheriff’s Office wrote in a news release. “One kidnapping issued a felony warrant to Rebecca Katong.”

The Craven County Sheriff’s Office did not immediately respond to a request for additional information on the January 10 McClutch News.

According to Georgia police, the missing one-year-old was found to be safe after the SUV was stolen with him.

According to Mississippi state officials, the five-year-old child was safe after disappearing while taking a walk with two dogs.
