After taking the lead in overseas release a few days ago, Motorola’s Edge family new machineIt also appeared in China tonight. This time Lenovo selected Edge 20 Pro and Edge 20 in the series, and launched them in China under the name of Edge S Pro and Edge Light Luxury Edition. The design language of the two is quite similar. The rear cameras are all “Mahjong tiles”, and the three-camera combination is arranged from top to bottom. The thickness and weight of the Pro model are 7.99mm and 189g, respectively, and the Edge 20 is as thin as 6.99mm and as light as 163g. Considering that the two have built-in 4,500mAh and 4,000mAh batteries that support 30W wired charging respectively, they are quite thin and light overall.

In terms of color matching, Edge 20 is a glass back cover, which will provide white and green, while Pro models are available in dark blue glass, dark blue plain leather and cyan glass. It is worth mentioning that both phones have IP52 waterproof function. The screen size of Edge S Pro and Edge Light Luxury Edition are both 6.7 inches, using FHD+ OLED panels, supporting 10-bit color, DCI-P3 color gamut and HDR10+, and with under-screen fingerprints. At the same time, its refresh rate reaches 144Hz, the touch sampling rate is 576Hz, and it also provides anti-blue light, DC dimming and other eye protection functions. As for the processor, the two new phones are equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 and 778G chips.
In the shooting part, both phones have a 32MP selfie camera hidden in the center opening of the screen. The main rear cameras of Edge S Pro and Edge Light Luxury Edition are both 108MP, and the ultra-wide-angle end is 16MP. Although the telephoto ends are all 8MP, the optical zooms that can be achieved are 5x and 3x respectively. Edge 20 Lite, which was not brought to China by Moto, is a product equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 720 chip and a 5,000mAh battery. Its screen specifications are roughly the same as the other two new Edge, but the refresh rate will be reduced to 90Hz. The rear main camera also has 108MP, but the remaining two cameras are only 8MP ultra-wide-angle and 2MP depth-of-field cameras.

Finally, let’s talk about the sale information. Edge S Pro will provide four configurations of 6+128, 8+128, 8+256 and 12+256, with prices ranging from 2,499 to 3,299 yuan. The Edge light luxury version has two models, 8+128 and 8+256, and the prices are 2,599 and 2,899 yuan. Both phones are currently available for pre-sale. When it was released overseas, Moto has also confirmed that the three new products of the Edge 20 series will enter the Asian market in August.
