Utah Police shared a video of a nine-year-old girl stopping trying to push a car into a truck on the highway while trying to go to the beach with her sister’s toddler.
According to police, “I was very surprised when police responded to the accident this morning and discovered that the driver was a 9-year-old girl.”
According to a police station in West Valley City, Utah, the girl and her four-year-old sister “stolen their family’s car keys while their parents were sleeping and went on their own summer adventure.”
The girls drove about 10 miles (via the freeway and highway) from their home in West Jordan.
“The car was seriously damaged. The cicadas also had to be towed! Fortunately, no one was injured. Most of them were girls wearing at least seat belts. I think it was because I remembered that! “The police said in a series of tweets.
When asked what triggered the sudden trip, the girls told police that they went to California because they wanted to swim in the sea.
According to local media reports, police estimate that the two girls secured their car keys and left home around 3 am. After that, it took time to think about how to drive the car before departure, and the accident occurred around 5 am.
The girls’ parents were unaware of the full story and the police reportedly caused the accident. They reportedly asked the police not to disclose family identity details.
