A tornado landed in Tyler, Texas on Tuesday, fleeing dozens of children who crashed into a soccer field in a local park.
Children participating in a soccer camp are hiding According to Tyler police, in the tornado-struck Lindsey Park toilet, trees were uprooted and tools were thrown into the field.
Police acknowledged the achievements of coaches and Parks and Recreation staff who led the children to a safe place.
Some reports say As many as 50 children evacuated I was in the park, but police said there were 25 people in the camp.
Residents found the twister when it landed, the video shows.
Some drivers have captured video from the road.
No one was injuredAccording to outlet reports, minor damage was limited to destroyed soccer goals and aluminum seats, collapsed trees, and broken fences.
