When Bennett visits Bahrain, the U.S. Navy looks to Israeli robot boats, officials say.
Manama (Reuters)-The US Navy is considering adding an unmanned Israeli vessel to a joint operation in the Middle East, US officials said. Bahrain, home of the US Navy’s Fifth Fleet and several International Navy MTFs, is hosting a visit by Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett. Officials said Israel would be the 29th country to place attachés at the fleet’s Manama headquarters, adding that the unnamed envoy is likely to be the rank of Navy captain or commander. ..
