Some Afghans evacuated from Kabul are having a hard time finding help in the United States
After leaving the plane at Dulles International Airport in Virginia on August 26, 30-year-old Fahima asked immigration officials what would happen next. Like many of the thousands of Afghanistan who were rushed out of Afghanistan by the US military last month, Fahima is now facing an uncertain future for the United States. “I was a little confused,” Fahima said through an interpreter.
